This exhilarating class combines the latest dance trends with high-energy choreography, perfect for all skill levels. Experience the thrill of moving to infectious beats while building confidence and meeting new friends. Join us for a fun-filled session that will leave you feeling invigorated and inspired!

Heels
Our heels class is designed to make you feel confident and empowered, whilst also challenging your body and mind. Set to some of our favourite Afro and R&B tunes, we will create routines and have you leaving class, feeling like Beyonce!
This class is open to all levels!
So whether you're stepping out of your comfort zone, trying to build your confidence or are looking to build your Heels repertoire, dancing in heels with Jade and Zoe is going to be your new, favourite form of self-care!

House/Hip-Hop
Our House/Hip-Hop session is designed for dancers of all skills who want to have a great time in a relaxed atmosphere, grooving to your favourite Hip-Hop and Club tracks. We'll explore choreography that covers everything from fundamental Hip-Hop moves to fun House footwork.
No pressure - just focus on finding that 4 by 4 beat, and you maybe even challenge yourself to a mini freestyle jam at the end of the class!
