Leo
Lead Crew Choreographer
Street & Hip-Hop
Gymnastics & Tricking
Leo is the Choreographic Lead of MDC and the crew leader for the U16 and Adult crew. She has been at MDC for 11 years, and teaching as a crew leader for 8 of those.
Leo has a degree in Urban Dance and is trained in Hip Hop, Locking, Popping, Breaking, Afro, Contemporary, House and Whacking. Within crew training Leo specialises in Hip Hop, Locking, Afro, Whacking and Femme. Leo leads the curriculum for MDC's fantastic team of teachers, as well as overseeing teaching and learning across the company.
Additionally, Leo has a PGCE in secondary education, teaching GCSE and A-level dance.
Jade

Street & Hip-Hop
Jade has been with MDC since 2022 as the co-crew choreographer for both the U14 crew and U16 crew, as well as leading our popular holiday workshops!

Jade acquired her degree in Urban Dance at UEL, which included a focus on styles such as Hip-Hop, House, Locking, Breaking, Dancehall and Contemporary. Jade also has a Group Fitness Instructor qualification, which she loves to implement into her sessions with crews when they are prepping for competitions.
​
Outside of teaching, Jade enjoys attending Heels and Commercial classes and most recently performed at the Shaw Theatre.
​
At MDC, Jade specialises in House, Hip-Hop and Femme routines, whilst challenging her crew members in their freestyle and battle etiquette.
Zoe
Under 10 Crew Choreographer
Zoe started her training in Melbourne, Australia at the age of 3 and by the age of 13 was competing national and international competitions.
Zoe's love of dance has continued and she has danced for various choreographers, including Kiel tuition, Todd Williams, Gina Michaels, Lance Savali, Laurence Kiwi and The Royal Family (to name a few!)

Zoe has gone on to teach her own crews in Melbourne and London and has won a number of state and national titles.
Lucia
Street & Hip-Hop
After-school club instructor
Lucia completed her Urban Dance Degree at UEL and specialises in Hip-Hop and Commercial styles. Lucia has years of experience, dancing and training with professional crews and has developed a love of teaching and sharing her passion over recent years.
Dylan
Street/Hip-Hop
Dylan is a passionate and accredited teacher and mentor, specialising in Urban Dance styles. Dylan has a bachelor's degree in Urban Dance Practice and has 5 years experience in the community sector and commercial industry.

Dylan's classes have an educational and fun approach, suitable for all ages and abilities. He aims to build a creative community, whilst offering social engagement for young people. Dylan's workshops focus on building technique, independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
Gabriel
Break Dance
Break Dance & Movement Sessions: Nursery Instructor
Gabriel aka Infanté, has been developing his Breaking for 13 years and is not only an exceptional teacher but is also very well established on the Breakin' scene. Gabriel represents his crew 'GullyLDN' on the commercial and competitive stage and has performed at events such as the King's Coronation, BRIT Awards and MOBO Awards!
Holly
Street/Hip-Hop & Movement: Nursery Instructor
Holly is a singer, dancer and actor who has trained at YMT, NYT and RAaW School of Acting. Holly is a talented and enthusiastic teacher, with a particular interest in SEN and Early Years Provisions, specialising in SCERTS & Attention Autism based approaches.

Holly works hard to deliver bespoke, accessible and impactful lessons to all students.

Lennon
Break Dance: After-school Club Instructor
Lennon is the newest member of our team and specialises in Hip-Hop and Breakin'. Lennon holds a bachelors degree in Urban Dance Practice, so is well versed in multiple styles, which he loves to explore in his teaching.
